We're 6 ladies who get together one Friday out of the month to play D&D.
Many of us came to the game recently, with little to no experience. Our DM had only been playing for 3 months before taking up the DM mantle. She found the places and characters in D&D too hard to remember and pronounce, so we made up a world that bears little resemblance to other D&D games.
And that's the point. D&D can be anything you want it to be. That's why we're here: to help you make D&D a game that works for you.
We believe RPGs build bonds, critical thinking, and creativity. They also give access to roles you may not normally imagine for yourself in the real world. We're not talking about being a magic weilding half-orc--more like being a leader, being a person who makes hard choices, being the person(or gnome) everyone is counting on to survive. And while we're at it, it's not just your character that can be anything you want it to be, it's your world too. Want a 90's cartoon inspired utopia? Make it. Make it whatever you want.
